This DVD/CD is offered to you as a set and is not packaged separately.
This DVD and CD is manufactured in the United States and its corresponding specifications.
This free DVD/CD is made possible by The American Youth Symphony, a non-profit
organization, who owns and maintains this website.
Patrons requesting the DVD/CD are required to pay shipping and handling at a rate according
to the point of receipt i.e., the listed shipping address which may or may not be the billing
address. These rates are listed on the Ordering Page. The American Youth Symphony
reserves the right to adjust charges to your credit card or forward a bill for the difference or
remit a refund to you in the form of a check if your order is incorrectly entered thereby
undercharging you or overcharging you.
Because the DVD/CD is free and only involves shipping and handling, we do not offer any
refunds. However, we do provide exchanges of defective products. Before mailing defective
products we require that you contact us via email or phone first to discuss the problem.
